I hope to bring a diverse community in my classes for I value, accept, and meet my students where they are in their yoga practice and their lives.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also enhances an internal awareness. A consistent yoga practice allows an awareness and presence as we walk through life. We see transformation occur as we get to know our inner selves on a deeper level.
Yoga is like music - the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind the harmony of the soul. It is your body that is your best work of art. I thrive on uniting the community by encouraging my students to be creative in their practice.
